At last, I have finally found the solution to the GCHQ Code Cracking challenge.  After running an analysis on the above code, I discovered that it contains a message that is encrypted with a simple ROT13 cipher, which is:

LBH UNIR WHFG YBFG GUR TNZR.

The last step for decrypting the above code is left as an excercise to the reader.

Sorry for necro-ing this but I just wanna ask, what is the code exactly? I mean what's it called or what is it? How did you get the rot-13 cipher? I don't get how you got it and all. If it's alright simonpcu, please tell me how you did the decoding?

I was just trolling random people :) I never solved it, but someone else did: http://www.craig-wood.com/nick/articles/how-i-solved-the-gchq-challenge/

This was a clever recruitment puzzle for the British intelligence agency.
